Coaches and athletes train hard all year round perfecting moves, choreographing routines; and improving their technical skills. There are three opportunities each year to put those skills to the test and bring the routines to the stage.

Competitions in 2024 will be in the following cities:

• North Island Championships -  31st May to 2nd June - AUT Auckland
• South Island Championships - 15th to 16th June - Alpine Aqualand Queenstown 
• National Championships - 28th September to 2nd October - Waterworld Hamilton

Entry forms will be sent to clubs in the first quarter of 2024.
