Coaches and athletes train hard all year round perfecting moves, choreographing routines; and improving their technical skills. There are three opportunities each year to put those skills to the test and bring the routines to the stage.

Competitions in 2023 will be in the following cities:

• National Championships - West Wave Pool and Leisure Centre, Auckland, 22-26 September 2023
• North Island Championships Wellington Aquatic Centre- 16-18 June 2023
• South Island Championships Jellie Park, Christchurch - 3-4 June
